Luxury Las Vegas Property in The Lakes - The Masterpiece!

Hi there - Fat Cat's lastest masterpiece - the magical transformation from an "unpolished gem" into a gorgeous diamond!


The owner, Panther Investments, bought this property recently as it was clearly an 'unpolished gem' that with a little bit of tender loving care, could become the most brilliant diamond in the Panther portfolio. The starring roles were given to Leslie Lovell, world famous interior designer, and Jeff Tanner from Coastal Walk Partners in Seacrest Beach, FL as the General Contractor and Mike Hurdle from Alabama was the head carpenter, tuscany column installer and project manager.

Mike was on the job site every working day, and most tradespeople started the day at 8 A.M. Jeff personally flew into Vegas numerous times and with high tech tools of the trade, communicated daily with on-site digital images, email and phones...even the Miami boat show didn't stop Jeff from being available for any calls, uploading of images to his cel phone and quick response to design decisions.

Most trades were hired by time and materials, unless a job could be paid for by square footage. For example, the Vienna Distressed Walnut Hardwood Flooring was paid by square. The bavarian cream columns, fireplace and hearth were paid by the footage. Because of this method of payment, there were no disputes about changes as the construction took place.

Soon all the tradespeople knew each other by name, and magic happened. All of them helped and cooperated with each other. We are in the process of compiling a wonderful story album of the transition of the lovely estate from an unpolished gem into the star diamond!
